The title of today's talk is "The Longest Journey with the Sweetest Destination." The long journey is to a profound realization, to see what our beliefs really are, to learn where our resistance or false beliefs are. Every feeling is a belief. When we have a negative feeling, we need to stay with it. Negative feelings can lead us to the truth of what we believe---our own internal life, the sum of the beliefs we have, even those that are false.
