Show Notes

Our modern culture is full of fear, body-image issues, and the belief that being exhausted is a status symbol. We can choose to live differently---to live with courage instead of fear. Author Brené Brown teaches us that "the more grounded we are, the less we feel compelled to defend our decisions and protect ourselves. We can look at ourselves with compassion rather than self-loathing." And when we are able to do that, we live life more freely. We allow ourselves to rest and to play, and our work becomes focused on creating something of value.

Play is essential to our growth, as Dr. Stuart Brown's video "Play is more than fun" explains. And why not dance all around the world with Matt Harding?
