Inclusivity. "Where there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you." -- African proverb

First of all, inclusivity starts with ourselves---owning all of ourselves and welcoming every experience in life as our teacher. Secondly, we need to understand the difference between translation and transformation. Translation opens the door, but true transformation causes real changes to occur in our ego. Thirdly, new learning opens new doors. We can learn new ways of relating and processing our hurts.
