Change is the nature of life. So as we deal with life, is change exciting or frightening to us? If we have a lot of fear surrounding change, we won't like it and, ultimately, we won't enjoy life very much either.
So, we choose to let go now, or we fall. When we struggle with fear, life becomes a struggle, because we are seeking to create a world around us that is predictable, controllable, and definable. Further, fear doesn't want to feel itself. It doesn't want to experience itself. Yet fear is another object in the universe that we are capable of experiencing. We can recognize it and learn to release it.
