What would you do if fear was not an option? In this powerful episode of the podcast we talk about overcoming fear. We all have fears and sometimes they can seem overwhelming. Stacey recounts her younger years and the fear of change during a new school year. She was riddled with anxiety about change and much of this fear was learned from her father and the way he was motivated by his own fears. Nimesh shares a powerful story about his fear of water and swimming. He recounts the powerful story of facing this fear and the outcome was very different than what he expected.
Facing your fears and doing it anyway is a big part of our growth and human experience, it’s not the fear itself, it’s what you do with it. Fear can also be a huge motivator/driving force like adrenaline and overcoming fears can be life changing.
