A merry heart makes the body healthy while a broken spirit dries the bones. Let’s affirm that our bodies are free from any fear, anger, resentment, or impurities that may lead to joint stiffness, pain immobility, rheumatism, or arthritis.
Let us put our faith in the capacity of the Infinite Energy that brought us forth to heal, sustain, and purify every aspect of our being, and let us do so with a sense of faith, gladness, and gratitude.
