Show Notes

Here’s the problem I see with many of the presentations and workshops I attend:

Too much impersonal information and data, not enough personal stories and connection.

Or, to put it even more simply:

Too much Wikipedia, not enough people.

In this episode, I share examples of how you can create presentations that are personal and memorable for your audience and how, by having a signature talk, you create consistency with your message.

I pulled the audio from the online training I recently did because I got such great feedback from the women who attended.

I talk about the 3 C’s of Stand-Out Speaking:

  • Consistency: Having a signature message and talk that you become known for
  • Connection: Making your talk personal and memorable for your audience
  • Context: Using story structure and the hero's journey so your presentation is relevant and relatable

Use the examples and strategies I share to make your presentations more impactful and get the results you're looking for.
