This is a trailer that introduces the podcast and what to look forward to in the upcoming episodes.
This podcast is a platform for sharing valuable tips and expertise on how to improve communication skills, both personally and professionally. Soft skills (or rather human-centered skills) in the workplace are becoming more crucial. They almost rank as high as technical skills.
Developing and mastering soft skills has proven to also improve the quality of personal relationships. My corporate and technical experience that spans decades, has been a huge eye-opener. These are the interpersonal, business presentation and soft skills that no one in college or at university emphasizes on. Whether you are being interviewed for a potential job or climbing the corporate ladder - these skills will be the determining factor between reaching your goals and getting left behind!
Indeed listed the main soft skills required to succeed in the workplace and resume tips relevant to those.
I know Simon Sinek refers to them as human-centered skills, rather than soft skills. Check out his YouTube video where he explains his perspective:
