今年夏天，中信特攻的球員們非常忙碌，6月中中華藍就徵召阿巴西、謝亞軒、曾文鼎集訓，備戰今年的杭州亞運，另外八月初奧運資格預選賽隊伍也開啟集訓，當時魏嘉豪、譚傑龍、劉人豪、林秉聖皆有入選，因此特攻的休賽季的訓練計劃就非常考驗教練團，本季內容邀請到特攻體能教練來加入，讓球迷們可以更了解這段期間特攻怎麼準備開季，以及未來球季可能會面臨的挑戰，五星好評！！
