Associate Professor of Law at UW-Madison and Criminal Law and Procedure Expert, Cecelia Klingele joins the show to talk further about the lack of body cams worn by the police. Currently Madison is the biggest city in the Midwest that doesn’t require their officers. Now due to a new pilot project, Police Chief Shon Barnes is requesting city funding to implement these devices.
