An invasive species has been detected for the first time in rivers in Western Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources reports that high water levels on the rivers over the summer has allowed the “Invasive carp” to swim upstream. Aquatic Invasive Species Coordinator for the DNR, Tyler Mesalk joins Kristin and Brian to share what we should know about this aggressive and troublesome species is.
