The State of Wisconsin is one of the states in the country when it comes to funding for Special Education. Currently, many schools have to find the money on their own to offer the proper educational services. The question now is if there is more funding, will it benefit not only the special ed programs but all students. Alan Borsuk, Senior Fellow in law and Public Policy at Marquette Law School joins Brian Noonan to answer questions on what happens now if WI gets the funding it needs.
