The Galactic Council gave us a tall order this month. We are tasked with doing Dane Beltrami's job and designing a SECOND potential expansion for Twilight Imperium. Prophecy of Kings covered a LOT of ground and it's hard to say anything else even should be added, but here's some brainstorming for ya anyways!
