Time is a flat circle.
Earlier this week, the Chicago White Sox sent Dane Dunning and Avery Weems to the Texas Rangers in exchange for Lance Lynn. And without losing any steam, the Sox later made a more controversial move: welcoming Adam Eaton back on a one year, $7 million deal with an $8.5 million club option and a $1 million buyout for 2022.
In this latest installment of North Side Sox, we break down these moves, and how Rick Hahn was able to flip Adam Eaton for an ace pitcher in Lucas Giolito, a project for Ethan Katz in Reynaldo López, and eventually a No. 3 starter in Lance Lynn.
