Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Shelly moved to Los Angeles after a transformative period living in Paris, where she worked with prestigious fashion houses - all while studying at Parson’s Paris. Her talent has earned global recognition, including a scholarship to the European Cultural Academy in Venice, Italy.
