April is national autism awareness month. This disorder has moved from one of obscurity to being one of the most often discussed diagnoses of children in this country, yet there continues to be a misunderstanding of what the disorder is, so today, we will take a closer look at autism with our special guest Dr. Kimberlly Stringer, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UMMC and Pam Dollar, Executive Director of the Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities.
