Topic: Anxiety is a common emotion and certainly does not always morph into a disorder. In fact, some anxiety is good for us. But when anxiety interferes with your happiness, something may need to change. There are many things that can cause anxiety but what happens when there is someone with whom you have to regularly associate who causes you anxiety. What can you do? Are you stuck with that feeling of dread every time you have to be there with the person? Today we’ll unfold a plan that will help you navigate through this stressor in life to open up more happiness.
