Topic: Revenge Bedtime Procrastination. A fancy name for delaying bedtime to do things that you enjoy but couldn’t do because of your workday. Maybe it’s an art project, checking Facebook messages, or catching up on that series that you started watching last month. Cramming that into the late evening gives you only 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night. Well, it’s not good for you. Today we’ll talk about what it is, why we do it and how we can make changes to avoid this bad habit.
