Topic: Today on Southern Remedy’s Relatively Speaking, we’ll delve deeper into our focus on Men’s mental health issues, often men fail to seek help for their mental illness because it may seem to be a sign of weakness. But the truth is that having a family member with mental illness can be difficult for all of those around them. Avoiding treatment is actually not a tough act and protective act but may actually be selfish. Yet, there are age old patterns that prevent men for seeking help, from actually admitting. How can we change that pattern?
