Show Notes

When stressed, some people turn to old bad habits to try to cope. Smoking, drinking alcohol, binge eating, nail biting, or whatever it is, those bad habits are not helpful and usually harmful. Listen as we discuss how to manage these stressful times and avoid falling back into old bad habits with our guest Dr. Jeff Parker, psychologist and addiction specialist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
