Topic: Though bullying and how to manage it, is often discussed as if it is only a problem in children and teens, unfortunately, bullying doesn’t always stop once we become adults. An adult bully can be an intimidating boss or colleague, a controlling romantic partner, a neighbor, or a condescending family member. Finding the appropriate ways to deal with the negativity that bullies bring in our lives is what we’ll be talking about today.
