We chat about Alicia Silverstone’s career before she became a star, the running gag of the song “Fake Plastic Trees” and some parallels between Clueless and Amy Heckerling’s other iconic teen film, Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Long also shares some stories about his time in Orange County ska band, the Nuckle Brothers, and how surreal it was to see ska taking off in the mid 90s as his band was breaking up.
