In today's episode, Paul asks if you can recall how many times have you been labelled, been called a name and picked on? Not just in childhood but moving through to adulthood?
Paul urges you to raise awareness and consider the repercussions of calling somebody a loser? Calling somebody a name or labelling them based on judgement? This doesn’t exclude intended positive labels or comments; they can also cause a person harm.
What gives you the right to do so? You will never know the full extent of the impact your words and actions may have.
Be responsible for your behaviour, consider its effects and perhaps do differently.
