In the US entrepreneurship is up 25% and I think people are starting to realise that they don’t want to work for a company for 40 years and maybe get a gold watch, maybe they want to use their talent and skill to foster a dream, to bring something to market, to apply a skill and monetise it in some way.
- Entrepreneurship will be the hardest thing you try, but learn fast fail fast, do some discovery before taking too much risk. But this is a thought process that can apply to business as well.

Maybe part of this is empathy. We’ve all gone through a life situation where no one was unscathed. I think everyone’s re-evaluating their role in life and that’s a good thing as long as it prevails.
