Pavel Durov, the CEO of Telegram was recently arrested on allegations he failed to adequately monitor the illegal activity taking place on the app. According to Facebook, they were asked to throttle certain information during Covid by the government. Should government be allowed to monitor and influence what is and is not posted on social media?
