Paris is in the spotlight as host of this summer's Olympic and Paralympic games. Over the course of several weeks, countless spectators will visit Paris to watch the games and much of the rest of the world will tune in to watch. It's an amazing opportunity for Paris to show itself off. But is it worth it? The cost to build the facilities. The congestion of additional travelers. It's a substantial investment.
