Ann Russo joins Something For Everybody this week. Ann Russo, Founder of AMR Therapy, is a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s in Theology, concentrating on liberation theology.
In this conversation, Ann and I discuss various topics related to personal well-being and relationships. We start by sharing personal updates and discussing the importance of youth sports and the impact it can have on personal growth. Then we delve into the concept of sexual positivity and the importance of authenticity in sexual expression. The conversation then shifts to ethical non-monogamy, exploring different relationship dynamics and the need for open communication and consent. Finally, we discuss the influence of religion and Christianity on personal experiences and societal attitudes towards non-traditional relationships.
