In this episode, the crew welcomes Carlene Takaki. Carlene is a coach for PASA Rinconada for their 13-14 year old age group. Carlene recounts her last race which was the 200 fly at the 2008 Olympic Trials. She also talks about her mentors in coaching such as her previous coaches and other coaches in the area. Following that, she delved into women in coaching, individual empowerment and building a foundational team culture.
