My name is Shana Epps and I am the CEO and founder of Controlled Chaos where I do sobriety and life coaching and host a podcast. I tried for almost two decades to get sober but kept relapsing. Even while working in the girls and trying to raise my daughters alone. I went through bad relationships, drug addiction, and alcoholism. I finally decided to move back to my home town and get my life together. The 12 steps are a huge part of my recovery but I also used the vivitrol shot. The vivitrol shot was a game changer for me.
