This episode came about organically and was completely unplanned, but it aligned perfectly with the previous Early Days episode! In it, I'm sharing about active cravings I'm experiencing the day of recording in an effort to reach others who are experiencing similar feelings, and perhaps help them take a little encouragement from not being alone in those.
Michal is an American podcaster and sober warrior who believes every recovery journey is as unique as the individual traveling it. With over a decade of sobriety garnered through various systems, programs, and support networks, she's passionate about breaking down stereotypes and smashing through the guilt and shame that can keep those suffering with addiction in the dark. Michal is an animal lover, rescue enthusiast, and motorcycle chick who loves helping others, whether in her personal or professional life.
