April is Child Abuse Awareness month, and the connections between abuse and alcohol are many. In Episode 10 of the Rewired podcast, Rai joins Julie and Steve for a second time, where she courageously shares her own story of childhood abuse, and explains how through self compassion, and compassion for the people in her life, she was able to work through long-held resentments. In doing so, she was able to recover from her own addiction to alcohol.
