Show Notes

In Episode 9 of Soap From The Box, Lee chats to Charlotte Bellamy aka Laurel Thomas from Emmerdale.

Charlotte talks about worst auditions, tackling big storylines, working with her star studded screen family as well as two of the greatest challenges an actor will ever face: how to walk on telly and playing a forklift truck!!

The conversation does cover some of the key storylines Charlotte has faced while portraying Laurel, including alcoholism, dementia (featuring her on-screen husband Ashley, played by John Middleton) and dealing with cot death.
