<p>Today we’re welcoming back Dan Schawbel to the show. Some longtime listeners might remember Dan from way back in Episode 24. Dan is a friend of mine and a New York Times bestselling author of two career books. He’s also a Partner and Research Director at Future Workplace and the Founder of both Millennial Branding and WorkplaceTrends.com. </p><p>His third book, <em>Back to Human: How Great Leaders Create Connection in the Age of Isolation</em>, will be published on November 13th, 2018. In it, Dan shares the result of years of research to show why virtual communication actually makes people feel more isolated at work than ever before.
