It stemmed from a TED Talk back in 2009 that has now become the third most watched talk of all time on Ted.com.  </p><p>I'm excited to welcome motivational speaker and bestselling author Simon Sinek to So Money. It's a huge honor. Simon is an optimist and helps teach leaders and organizations on how to inspire the people around them. In the latest book, he's addressing the concerns that arise with why... can you have more than one why? He says NO. I wasn't kind of surprised by that.
