<p>At age 16, Tina Wells began what would become a multi-million dollar marketing firm, Buzz Marketing Group, that would claim Apple, The Oprah Winfrey Network, Johnson and Johnson and other top brands as clients. Today, at age 40, she is pursuing a new path that entails building a publishing empire focusing on tween girls. In our conversation, she discusses her business beginnings in high school to her recent - hard, but important - decision to pivot, as well as her business relationship with Target.</p><p>More about Tina Wells: She is the founder of RLVNT Media, a multimedia content venture serving entrepreneurs, tweens and culturists with authentic representation.
