Welcome back to 'So I Quit', now in its fourth year and Season 4 as I live and breathe!! What a cracking guest to kick the new season off - Sarah Wilson. Where to start about this incredible human... Sarah is a multi-New York Times and Amazon best-selling author, podcaster, thought leader, minimalist, philanthropist and climate advisor.
- She is a ‘Change Maker’ for WeAre8 and is heavily invested in supporting the platform.
- She founded the international I Quit Sugar movement and wrote the international bestsellers I Quit Sugar, First, We Make the Beast Beautiful and This One Wild & Precious Life which won the 2021 US Gold Nautilus Award.
- Sarah is also the author of another 11 cookbooks that sell in 52 countries, and she has been ranked in the top 200 most influential authors in the world.
- In a “previous life” Sarah was a News Corp journalist and opinion columnist, editor of Cosmopolitan Australia and host of Masterchef Australia before founding the largest wellness website in Australia.
- In February 2022, Sarah sold the incredibly successful business and gave all proceeds to charity. She now builds and enables charity projects that “engage humans with each other”.
- Sarah now dedicates all her resources to driving a global conversation on sustainability and climate change, as well as resilience, living a life of value and change leadership.
