Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Blackberry Vanilla Mocktail

Recipe: Yummi Haus

 

• 1/3 cup blackberries

• 1 ounce lemon juice

• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 tbsp raw honey

• 1 can ginger ale

 

Instructions: Combine blackberries, lemon juice, vanilla and honey with a splash of ginger ale in a shaker and muddle. Pour through a strainer into glasses filled with ice. Fill remainder of glass with ginger ale, garnish with additional blackberries or lemon wedge, and enjoy!
