Recipe: Difford’s Guide
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 ounces Caribbean blended rum aged 6–10 years
- 3/4 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
Instructions: Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass. Prepare garnish of lime wedge. Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lime wedge on rim.
