Der Ganzjahrestourismus ist eines der zentralen Ziele der österreichischen Tourismusstrategie. Sowohl in der „Vision T“ als auch im aktuellen Regierungsprogramm wird klar formuliert: Die Auslastung soll über das gesamte Jahr hinweg gesteigert werden. Das ist nachvollziehbar. Es ist wirtschaftlich sinnvoll. Und es entspricht dem Wunsch nach stabileren Beschäftigungsverhältnissen und besser planbaren Betrieben. Nur: Zwischen Anspruch und Realität klafft derzeit eine spürbare Lücke.
