聽眾「每天都疲憊又忙碌的人」來信提到自己一邊帶小孩、一邊準備轉職，還打算把自己創立的社群平台做大，卻累到心力交瘁。他打算放掉自己的副業，反而讓他思考何時才是「該放手的時機」？而怎樣又算是「太快放棄」？Joe建議先重新盤點手上的資源，排出優先序，試著把副業降到「火種模式」低度維運，同時留意是否出現更具商業潛力的新點子。Joe也同時提醒大家，創業是試錯與調整的過程，取捨並非失敗，而是資源再分配的智慧。
