這集節目是Joe來跟大家聊聊夢想這件事。人到了一定年紀，就發現自己再也不能任意妄為，人生決定除了考慮自己也得顧慮伴侶與家人。但平衡是否代表壓抑？所謂成熟大人是不是就是很能壓抑自己的人？我的答案是：不是的，成熟的大人並不是很會壓抑自己的人，而是能理解自己並把委屈釋放的人。
