Here is the dialogue:

– Александр Сергеевич, одну минуточку. Передайте Зинаиде Михайловне, что Розалия Францевна говорила, Анне Ивановне Капиталина Никифоровна дублёнку предлагает. Так что если… – Я ничего не могу передать Зинаиде Михайловне, она уехала. – Куда уехала? – С любовником на Кавказ. – Как с любовником? И Вы об этом так спокойно говорите? Оригинальный Вы человек… – Извините, Ульяна Андреевна, я занят… – Однако, у вас характер… Будь я вашей женой, я бы тоже уехала. – Если бы Вы были моей женой, я бы повесился.– Хам!

Translation

– Alexander Sergeyevich, wait a minute. Tell Zinaida Mikhailovna that Rosalia Franzevna said, that Kapitolina Nikiforovna offered a fur coat to Anna Ivanovna.
