RadioLab’s Lulu Miller Says You Don’t Know What It’s Like to Be a Bat
Hello, Sleepyheads. Lulu Miller is joining us for a good night’s sleep. Perhaps you already know her as one of the hosts of the public radio broadcast program RadioLab. She also has a new podcast called Terrestrials and that one is all about nature. Speaking of nature, Lulu is here to tell us about a philosophical treatise she read.

Show Notes
She explains it like so, “Imagine it as much as you want, research it as much as you want. You can never truly know what it's like to be a bat, because our conscious experiences are all inherently subjective. Therefore, not only do you not know what it's like to be a bat, you can never truly know what it's like to be another human.”
Also, she enjoyed sleeping by the side of a river one time. It was restful and she was also falling in love, which is nice.
Hey Sleepy Heads, is there anyone whose voice you’d like to drift off to, or do you have suggestions on things we could do to aid your slumber?
