That’s because there’s almost no one in Tie Siding, Wyoming, a town listed as “uninhabited” by the U.S. Census Bureau. Still, according to Andrew, there’s a lot going on in Tie Siding, what with the moose, the bugling elk, the rabbits, the incomprehensible isolation, and the mischievous chipmunks.
