So many of us are sick of screens in our face. So many of us want another escape, to be more present, to have more time but our brains just keep pulling us back. This routine aims to end that pull, that cycle. While they can be a useful tool or fun entertainment, it so often goes too far. Using practices you can repeat on your own, imagery, mindfulness, and more, this routine helps guide you to a place where technology doesn't have the same hold on you, where its a short diversion rather than a compulsive immersion.
While hypnotherapy may sound intense its just the process of entering a deep, meditative state where your subconscious mind may be a bit more open to positive suggestion. You still remain aware and in control and will only be open to suggestions that align with your wants, needs and values.
