Wintana Kiros is a clinical dietitian and a former model. After more than a decade of clinical work at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities she realized the missing piece. Patients need more than healthy eating tips, they need a lifestyle overhaul. Eating habits, stress management, physical activity, hydration, and self-care all played a major part in why patients found themselves sitting in front of her. She aimed to address all these concerns with Reset Lifestyle.
