The Slamfest Podcast brings the premier rock concert pregaming experience from the parking lot to the podcasting airwaves. Episode 40 - Brad discusses seeing Ratt for the first time in the summer of '97 in Detroit - as a four piece. L.A. Guns, with Ralph Saenz (aka Michael Starr of Steel Panther fame) on lead vocals, opened the show. The Band on the Bill Spotlight finds him comparing Ratt to the other big hair bands of the era and he ranks Ratt's first five full length studio albums from 5 to 1. After a Slamfest Tip of the Week, he's faced with a "Which Side are you On?" - Side 1 or Side 2 off of Ratt's fourth full length studio album, Reach for the Sky, from 1988.
