Dr. Michael Somenek is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who practices in Washington, DC. Dr. Somenek completed an intensive fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under the tutelage of world-renowned facial plastic surgeons Dr. J. Regan Thomas and Dr. Dean Toriumi at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is now the owner of Somenek+PittmanMD and is considered one of the leading experts in rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation. He is a trainer and teacher to other physicians across the country on all injectables and frequently sees patients that need an expert opinion. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and is often quoted in print and television media on cosmetic surgery issues.
