Have you ever asked yourself, "Okay, I feel like maybe I know what the Gospel is, but do I really understand what it means?" Listen here. I get it. It's a "Christanese" word, and sometimes it loses its power because Christian culture waters down the gospel. SOOOO actually, the Gospel is for YOU! Not just for the person beside you who seems like they have it all put together. Jesus came for you! BUT, when we do know the Gospel, and when we have Jesus, we have a task to go and share it with others. I never want to sugarcoat the truth; I love talking about topics (as a Jesus-follower) that may be overlooked. Trust, life isn't easy. In a season of Thanksgiving, many people struggle with actually feeling grateful. What do you do when the world tells you that gratitude is based on circumstances? It's okay to not always FEEL thankful, but understand that Jesus is our ultimate gratitude. Things don't always make sense, but God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). ADHD... honestly, mental health in general in the "Christian" community further isolates people who struggle mentally from a real understanding of themselves and who God has created them to be. As someone who struggles with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) on a daily basis, I understand the mental toll it takes to live a life with the lie that you won't ever be "good enough." It's a taboo subject because people don't talk about ADHD in a way that's effective, yet relatable. I'M BACK! Both with the podcast, as well as in the United States! I spent the last 4 months studying abroad in England, with trips on the weekends around Europe. I knew I would grow, but I had no idea that the Lord would teach me in ways I had no idea. I feel as if I am a new person, although I am my same, normal self. Adjusting back to the USA has been one of the hardest transition periods, and my thoughts on this podcast are real, raw, and vulnerable. My grandadad, Mike Humble, is well-known and loved. He is real with life and has experienced things that the common human typically doesn't. He grew up as a football player, never wanting to be a preacher, but God created his wife for ministry- ranging from prison ministry on death row to street evangelism in the dark. One of my favorite episodes. Being single is hard in a culture that wants you to settle for less than what you deserve. The Holiday season can be difficult if you don't have companionship, but God doesn't want you to be lonely. This is real talk and I am obsessed; this is for YOU.

Have you been emotional lately? Feeling emotions is SO NORMAL and they come from God. This episode goes through emotions, how to deal with emotions, and why we have them. Any emotion is validated because we're wired to feel things strongly. LET'S GET DEEP!!!!!

I am very passionate about being real and confidence is something that everyone thinks about... Am I pretty enough? Do I fit in here? Am I good enough to do this? These are all things that are very natural to ask ourselves. Good thing God calls us loved and offers us confidence to do the things we are meant to. Walk with confidence, even if you don't feel it.

Grief is a hard topic to talk about, yet it's something that everyone has or will go through. Malachi talks about his story with grief and how he's coped through a very hard situation. Everyone deals with grief in a different way, but Jesus does not want you to be alone; he is a constant. THIS IS FOR YOU!!

I'm sure we all have scenarios that we wish we could take back or maybe go about it in a different way. But since we can't take back the past, here are some pieces of advice that I would give my younger self. This advice is for any age; just some things I've grown to learn throughout the past few years/months.

Friendship is something that can be very confusing. It's so fun, yet very hard. No one is alone when it comes to the struggle with finding out how to navigate those friendships. Savannah Smith and Olivia Stanley talked with me about how they view friendship and getting over those humps. Tune in!!
