When we are young we rushed to get older and we were dying to experience the world of adulthood...and then we reach an age where we feel old and would do anything to be our younger selves again. Not realising that...our current moment is the youngest we will ever be, and one day we will look back wishing to experience everything we are right now...So in this episode we speak to our younger selves, and share the advice and wisdom we know now, but wish we knew back then.
